Reason #23

Aaron is incredibly fair and balanced.  He listens to facts and can keep his emotions separate before making judgment.  When something happens that would hurt me horribly, he can step back a bit and look at it through other lenses, and he almost always chooses the lens that makes the most sense.  He's slow to anger, slow to make judgments negative or positive, and inherently he gives everyone the benefit of the doubt.  It's not that he's ... Pollyannaish about it.  It's more that he just takes his time and tries to evaluate and cover things from many angles.  This means that I need to give him time sometimes to process data, but in the end, the results he comes back with are the best results.
