I am approaching my first anniversary with my husband Aaron. I have been thinking long and hard as to what to give him for our anniversary. I am not fond of material gifts for anniversaries - I think they should be commemorated with something unique, something not-repeatable. So I thought, I will write down why I love him, I will write down without any fear of being sappy or sentimental, just what he means to me. So this is for you, Aaron, and I love you. He takes photos like this, with me, in public, and it's not at all remotely embarrassing. He knows the value of not being a stuffy grown-up!
